The mortar mixing complex "GRS-700-10" is designed for mixing and pumping various construction mortars with a fraction of up to 10 mm.
It consists of a 700 l mixer combined with a 1000 l gerotor pump. In the basic configuration, the mixer is equipped with a manual unloading hatch and a 11 kW (380 V) gear motor, while the gerotor pump is equipped with a 7.5 kW (380 V) gear motor. METEM Group also has experience in manufacturing stations with explosion-proof motors for operation in mines or hazardous areas.
The necessary components are loaded into the mixer and mixed until ready, after which the hatch located in the lower part of the mixer opens, and the finished mixture is unloaded into the hopper of the gerotor pump. Using the gerotor pump, the finished mixture is fed through the sleeve. This design of the complex ensures continuous supply of the finished solution with minimal flow pulsation. The mixing element in the mixer is flat blades, and can be equipped with other types of mixing devices, depending on the Customer's tasks.
