The cutting complex for cellular concrete "URB 3-35" is designed to cut a mass of lightweight cellular concrete (foam concrete, aerated concrete) into blocks. The complex consists of three modules: band cutting for removing the hump, longitudinal cutting, and transverse cutting. In order to obtain a mass, it is necessary to pour a solution of lightweight concrete into a form (consists of a pallet and sides) and wait until it gains formwork strength. After this, it is necessary to remove the sides from the pallet. Next, using a pusher, the pallet with the finished mass passes along a rail track through the first module with a band saw, where the hump is removed, after which it rolls under the second, and then under the third module for cutting directly into blocks. Under the second and third modules, the pallet is fixed with pneumatic stops to eliminate vibrations during the cutting process. The pallet is equipped with wheels, it moves along rails, which simplifies the technological process of block manufacturing. The second and third modules are equipped with carriages that cut the array with a metal saw (can be replaced with a string) by smoothly moving and lowering, due to the presence of a frequency converter, which allows you to adjust the speed of lowering the carriage, depending on the strength of the array. This allows you to get blocks with ideal geometry. The standard block size provided for the design is 600x300x200 mm., but it is possible to install additional saws every 100 mm. (upon request, it is possible to install saws every 50 mm.) The error of a 100 mm wide block will be 0.5-1 mm. due to the thickness of the canvas. Sawing is done using saws made of wear-resistant steel with carbide tips.
