The dry mix mixer "SS-500" is designed for mixing bulk materials such as: sand, cement, gypsum, chalk, bentonite, thermoplastic, etc.

Смеситель сухих смесей «СС-500» предназначен для перемешивания сыпучих материалов таких как: песок, цемент, гипс, мел, бентонит, термопластик и пр. Смеситель оборудован цельнометаллическим валом и усиленными плуговыми лопатками (возможна установка и других перемешивающих элементов по запросу) для быстрого и качественного смешивания компонентов. В нижней части установлен разгрузочный люк с пневмоприводом для удобства выгрузки готовой смеси. Люк выполнен с закруглением под радиус днища, что исключает зону не промешивания. Обечайка смесителя изготовлена из стали толщиной 6 мм., боковые стенки – 8 мм. (при необходимости комплектуется бронёй). На обечайке «СС-500» установлен большой ревизионный люк для удобства обслуживания, сверху имеется маленький лючок для внесения добавок. Привод мощностью 7,6 кВт. оснащен цилиндрическим редуктором и ременной передачей, что упрощает обслуживание, снижает уровень шума на производственной площадке и увеличивает срок службы смесителя. Верхняя часть изготавливается по согласованию с Заказчиком. Возможны варианты под ручную загрузку либо под любые виды транспортеров или дозаторов.
