The drum dryer "BSP-2" is designed for drying bulk materials with flue gases. It is used in the production of building materials, in various lines for thermal drying of limestone, clay, sand, chalk and other bulk materials with a particle size of up to 60 mm.

A single-drum dryer with a contact area of heated metal of at least 10 m3 per 1 ton of dried fraction, with a tilt angle of 1-3 degrees. The tilt angle is adjustable. The rotation speed is also adjustable. The "BSP-2" operates on diesel or natural gas.

The installation works simply: the drying of a specific material is carried out in a drum container, which is constantly rotating. There are blades inside the container - thanks to them, the contents are well mixed. It constantly moves between the blades and loses moisture due to the flame of the burner supplied to the drum container.

The key components of the BSP-2 are the drive mechanism and the drum, fixed on a fixed frame. The drum is made of ST-3 steel and is equipped with shelves inside - their features and position inside the structure are determined by the product being dried. The outer part of the drum is equipped with bandages supported by four rollers of the drive mechanism.

Due to the arrangement of the rollers, sagging of the drum cavity is excluded. Initially, the product requiring drying enters the drum cavity via a conveyor, into the part of the drum container where the flame is supplied at that moment. During movement inside the drum, the raw product is evenly dried, and then enters the unloading chamber, from which it leaves for the required section of your production dry.
