Мобильная станция «ПСГ-2000-2» является универсальной установкой для производства различных видов строительных работ. Состоит из двухвального смесителя объемом 2000 л., совмещенного с героторным насосом объемом 2500 л. В базовой комплектации на смесителе установлено 2 пневматических разгрузочных люка и усиленный цилиндрический редуктор с ременно-шестеренчатой передачей от двигателя мощностью 15 кВт. (380 В), на героторном насосе ставится усиленный цилиндрический редуктор с ременной передачей от двигателя мощностью 15 кВт. (380 В). Двухвальный смеситель обеспечивает быстрое и качественной смешивание материалов. ГК МЕТЕМ также имеет опыт изготовления станций со взрывозащищенными двигателями для работы в шахтах или во взрывоопасных местах.
Необходимые компоненты загружаются в смеситель и перемешиваются до готовности, после чего люки, расположенные в нижней части смесителя, открываются и готовая смесь выгружается в бункер героторного насоса. При помощи героторного насоса готовая смесь подается по рукаву. Такая конструкция станции позволяет обеспечить беспрерывную подачу готового раствора с минимальной пульсацией потока. Перемешивающим элементом в смесителе является спираль, в комплекте идут кавитационные лопатки, для качественного смешивания любых смесей. Благодаря универсальности на «ПСГ-2000-2» можно выполнять следующие виды работ:
– Preparation and feeding of polystyrene concrete and foam concrete mixture into a form or formwork.
– Mixing and feeding to a height any solutions for screeds with a fraction of up to 16 mm directly at the construction site.
