The pump is equipped with a 1500 l hopper. The material is fed from the hopper to the mold, formwork or main line by a gerotor pair. Depending on the density, mobility of the fed material, the number of bends in the hose, the feed range and productivity change. It is often used in conjunction with a mixer. It is possible to drain from a concrete mixer, while it is recommended to install a vibrating mesh to prevent large fractions from getting into the pump. The hose and connections are additionally equipped, depending on the feed range. It can also be equipped with a frequency converter to adjust the feed speed. It can be used to apply plaster compositions (shotcrete). To do this, you need to additionally purchase a plaster gun and a compressor. Characteristics of the required compressor: pressure from 4 atm., capacity 300 l / min., receiver from 30 l. You can buy the compressor yourself or order it from us. In addition to the standard electric engine, METEM Group offers Customers a gasoline and hybrid version of the pump. This can be very important in the event of a lack of electricity at the site.
