The automatic foam generator "PG-AV-02" has a control controller, an automatic meter, automatic on/off, and operates from a 220 V network and compressor air pressure. In the container, the foaming agent is mixed with water in proportions of 1:30, then the prepared solution enters the pump through a hose, mixes with air through the foam-generating element and enters the mixer as fine-pored foam. The foam-generating element is made of polymers and non-corrosive materials. The filler of the foam-generating element allows you to get any specified density and foam multiplicity. The main advantage of these foam generators is: automatic dosing of the component, a simple operating algorithm when used. The foam generator has been tested in production conditions and at construction sites and has proven itself as a reliable unit.
