The big-bag unloader "RC-02" is used to unload big-bags (MKR) with bulk materials (sand, cement, expanded clay, gypsum, chalk, bentonite, etc.), for their further feeding by a conveyor (belt or screw) to a mixer, dispenser, packing mechanisms, etc. Materials are fed to the unloader by lifting mechanisms (winch, hoist, hoist, loader, etc.). Bags with a lifting capacity of 400 to 2000 kg of disposable soft containers are applicable for unloading. The unloader is made of 3 mm thick steel, which ensures long-term use. A VI 9-9 vibrator and a manual, disc valve on the unloading neck are installed on the funnel. Depending on the Customer's tasks, the sides can be extended.
