The mobile station "PSG-1500-16" is a universal installation for the production of various types of construction work. It consists of a mixer with a capacity of 1500 l, combined with a gerotor pump with a capacity of 2500 l. In the basic configuration, a manual unloading hatch and a gear motor with a capacity of 7.5 kW are installed on the mixer. (380 V), a reinforced cylindrical gearbox with a belt drive from a 15 kW engine is installed on the gerotor pump. (380 V). Необходимые компоненты загружаются в смеситель и перемешиваются до готовности, после чего люк, расположенный в нижней части смесителя, открывается и готовая смесь выгружается в бункер героторного насоса. При помощи героторного насоса готовая смесь подается по рукаву. Такая конструкция станции позволяет обеспечить беспрерывную подачу готового раствора с минимальной пульсацией потока. Перемешивающим элементом в смесителе является спираль, в комплекте идут кавитационные лопатки, для качественного смешивания любых смесей. Благодаря универсальности на «ПСГ-1500-16» можно выполнять следующие виды работ:
