The PSG-3000 mobile station is a universal unit for various types of construction work. It consists of a 3000 l mixer combined with a 4000 l gerotor pump. In the basic configuration, the mixer is equipped with a pneumatic unloading hatch and a reinforced cylindrical gearbox with a belt drive from a 22 kW (380 V) engine, while the gerotor pump is equipped with a reinforced cylindrical gearbox with a belt drive from a 15 kW (380 V) engine. METEM Group also has experience in manufacturing stations with explosion-proof engines for work in mines or in explosive areas.
Необходимые компоненты загружаются в смеситель и перемешиваются до готовности, после чего люк, расположенный в нижней части смесителя, открывается и готовая смесь выгружается в бункер героторного насоса. При помощи героторного насоса готовая смесь подается по рукаву. Такая конструкция станции позволяет обеспечить беспрерывную подачу готового раствора с минимальной пульсацией потока. Перемешивающим элементом в смесителе является спираль, в комплекте идут кавитационные лопатки, для качественного смешивания любых смесей. Благодаря универсальности на «ПСГ-3000» можно выполнять следующие виды работ:
