The PSG-2000 mobile station is a universal unit for various types of construction work. It consists of a 2000 l mixer combined with a 2500 l gerotor pump. The basic configuration of the mixer includes 2 pneumatic unloading hatches and a reinforced cylindrical gearbox with a belt drive from an 11 kW (380 V) engine, while the gerotor pump is equipped with a reinforced cylindrical gearbox with a belt drive from a 15 kW (380 V) engine. METEM Group also has experience in manufacturing stations with explosion-proof engines for use in mines or hazardous areas.
The necessary components are loaded into the mixer and mixed until ready, after which the hatch located in the lower part of the mixer opens and the finished mixture is unloaded into the hopper of the gerotor pump. Using the gerotor pump, the finished mixture is fed through the sleeve. This design of the station ensures continuous supply of the finished solution with minimal flow pulsation. The mixing element in the mixer is a spiral, cavitation blades are included for high-quality mixing of any mixtures. Due to its versatility, the following types of work can be performed on the PSG-2000:
– Preparation and feeding of polystyrene concrete and foam concrete mixture into a form or formwork.
– Mixing and feeding to a height any solutions for screeds with a fraction of up to 16 mm directly at the construction site.
