Бетоносмеситель «АКТИВ-300» может использоваться для перемешивания любых бетонов и растворов. В базовой комплектации смесителя установлен ручной разгрузочный люк для выгрузки готовой смеси и мотор-редуктор мощностью 7,6 кВт (380 В). Сверху установлена съемная решетка с крокодилом для разрыва мешков. Обечайка смесителя изготовлена из стали толщиной – 6 мм. При необходимости комплектуется бронёй. Перемешивание происходит с помощью плоских лопаток. В зависимости от задач Заказчика может быть изменен тип лопаток, тип привода, мощность привода, усилена конструкция, ручной люк выгрузки заменен на пневматический. Это улучшит работу смесителя и упростит обслуживание на производственной площадке. ГК МЕТЕМ также имеет опыт изготовления смесителей со взрывозащищенными двигателями для работы в шахтах или во взрывоопасных местах.
