The universal mixer "PBS-3000" can be used for mixing lightweight concrete and mortar. The basic configuration of the mixer includes 2 pneumatic unloading hatches for unloading the finished mixture and a reinforced gearbox with a 22 kW motor. (380 V). The mixer shell is made of 6 mm thick steel, the side walls are 6 mm. If necessary, it is equipped with armor. Mixing is done with a spiral (+ blades included, attached with a bolted connection). Depending on the Customer's tasks, the type of blades, the type of drive, the drive power can be changed, the design can be reinforced. This will improve the operation of the mixer and simplify maintenance at the production site. METEM Group also has experience in manufacturing mixers with explosion-proof motors for operation in mines or in explosive areas.
