The PSG-200 mobile station is a universal installation for various types of construction work. It consists of a 200-liter mixer combined with a 300-liter gerotor pump. In the basic configuration, the mixer is equipped with a manual unloading hatch and a 3-kW (380-V) gear motor, while the gerotor pump is equipped with a 5.5-kW (380-V) gear motor. METEM Group also has experience in manufacturing stations with explosion-proof motors for work in mines or hazardous areas.
The necessary components are loaded into the mixer and mixed until ready, after which the hatch located at the bottom of the mixer opens and the finished mixture is unloaded into the hopper of the gerotor pump. Using the gerotor pump, the finished mixture is fed through the sleeve. This design of the station ensures continuous supply of the finished solution with minimal flow pulsation. The mixing element in the mixer is a spiral, cavitation blades are included for high-quality mixing of any mixtures. Due to its versatility, the following types of work can be performed on the PSG-200:
– Preparation and feeding of foam concrete mixture into a form or mould.
– Mixing and feeding to a height any solutions for screeds with a fraction of up to 5 mm. directly at the construction site.
– Application of plaster mixtures/gunning of the surface (additionally, a compressor and plaster gun will be required).
– It is possible to carry out work on the production of polystyrene concrete mixture, but strictly on the condition that the polystyrene granule is no more than 5 mm.
