The closed-type belt conveyor "LTG-10000" is designed to feed any bulk, abrasive materials (sand, expanded clay, sawdust, clay, cement, thermoplastic, chalk, etc.) to a distance (height). It is an integral part of automated lines for the production of concrete, dry building mixtures, etc. The side walls of the conveyor are made of thick-walled metal, providing rigidity of the structure, and the remaining parts are covered with a lining of thinner metal, which ensures a complete absence of dust in the work process. Equipped with a seamless belt with a high tray and a corrugated side, this significantly increases the productivity of the conveyor and allows feeding materials at an angle of up to 450. The basic package includes two telescopic posts for adjusting the feed height. The "LTG-10000" has a powerful 5.5 kW gear motor.
