The Unimix-1000 mixer can be used to mix compound feed, lightweight concrete, mortar and dry mixes. The basic mixer package includes a 200 mm. diameter pneumatic valve for unloading the finished mix and a cylindrical gearbox with an 11 kW (380 V) motor. The mixer shell is made of 4 mm thick steel, the side walls are 6 mm. If necessary, it is equipped with armor. Mixing is done using plow blades. Depending on the Customer's tasks, the type of blades, the type of drive, the drive power, and the design can be changed. This can improve the mixer's operation and simplify maintenance at the production site. METEM Group also has experience in manufacturing mixers with explosion-proof motors for use in mines or in explosive areas.
