The mobile station "PSG-350-10" is a universal installation for the production of various types of construction work. It consists of a mixer with a volume of 350 l, combined with a gerotor pump with a volume of 500 l. In the basic configuration, a manual unloading hatch and a gear motor with a capacity of 4 kW (380 V) are installed on the mixer, a gear motor with a capacity of 7.5 kW (380 V) is installed on the gerotor pump. GC METEM also has experience in manufacturing stations with explosion-proof engines for work in mines or in explosive places.
The necessary components are loaded into the mixer and mixed until ready, after which the hatch located at the bottom of the mixer opens and the finished mixture is unloaded into the hopper of the gerotor pump. Using the gerotor pump, the finished mixture is fed through the sleeve. This design of the station ensures continuous supply of the finished solution with minimal flow pulsation. The mixing element in the mixer is a spiral, cavitation blades are included for high-quality mixing of any mixtures. Due to its versatility, the following types of work can be performed on the "PSG-350-10":
– Preparation and feeding of polystyrene concrete and foam concrete mixture into a form or formwork.
– Mixing and feeding to a height any solutions for screeds with a fraction of up to 10 mm directly at the construction site.
– Application of plaster mixtures/gunning of the surface (additionally, a compressor and plaster gun will be required).
