The packing machine "MF-PA-02" is designed for packing bulk materials (cement, gypsum, alabaster, chalk, etc.) into consumer packaging - open bags of any type. The unit is a dispenser with an automatic, electromechanical system for dosing bulk materials into open bags of different sizes. The operator sets the required dose weight on the control panel, takes a bag, places it under the filling neck, resting it on the table (adjustable in height), under which 2 strain gauges are installed. After pressing the "START" button located on the control panel, the packing process starts. Packing stops automatically when the required dose in the bag is reached. After that, the operator sews or seals the bag. The product is filled into the container using an auger. The weight is measured using 2 strain gauges (located under the table), the signal from which comes to the control unit. For accurate dosing, the machine is equipped with a frequency converter. The standard size of the loading pipe is 159 mm., it can be changed depending on the Customer's tasks. "MF-PA-02" should be installed in a room equipped with power wiring, a distribution board, a protective grounding circuit, a ventilation system, and a level floor.
