The big-bag unloader "RC-01" is used for unloading big-bag type bags (MKR) with bulk materials (sand, cement, expanded clay, gypsum, chalk, bentonite, etc.)

Растариватель биг-бэгов «РЦ-01» служит для разгрузки мешков типа «Биг-бэг» (МКР) с сыпучими материалами (песок, цемент, керамзит, гипс, мел, бентонит и пр.), для их дальнейшей подачи транспортером (ленточным или шнековым) в смеситель, дозатор, фасующие механизмы и пр. Подача материалов в растариватель осуществляется грузо-подъемными механизмами (лебедка, таль, тельфер, погрузчик и пр.). Для растаривания применимы мешки грузоподъемностью от 400 до 2000 кг. мягкого контейнера разового использования. Растариватель изготавливается из стали толщиной 3 мм., что обеспечивает долгосрочное использование. На воронке установлен вибратор ВИ-9-9 и ручная, дисковая задвижка на горловине ссыпания. В зависимости от задач Заказчика могут быть нарощены борта.
