The METEM-Polystyrene concrete-20 set is designed to produce polystyrene concrete mixture. It consists of a section for foaming polystyrene (foaming agent, pneumatic conveyor, curing bin) and a mobile station for mixing and feeding polystyrene concrete "PSG-350-10". The necessary components are loaded into the mixer and mixed until ready, after which the hatch located in the lower part of the mixer opens and the finished mixture is unloaded into the bin of the gerotor pump. Using the gerotor pump, the finished mixture is fed through the sleeve. This design of the station ensures continuous supply of the finished solution with minimal flow pulsation. The mixing element in the mixer is a spiral, the set includes cavitation blades for high-quality mixing of any mixtures.
Due to the versatility of polystyrene concrete, it can be used to make various small-sized blocks, including tongue-and-groove "lego blocks", large-sized "mega blocks", as well as wall panels, lintels, floor panels, etc.
