Silos are designed to receive and store dry bulk components (cement, lime, sand, chalk, etc.). Bulk components are delivered by a cement truck (equipped with a pneumatic pump) and pumped through a loading pipe into the silo. It is equipped with an external and internal ladder for maintenance, as well as an emergency valve and a filter. For safety of maintenance, railings are installed on top of the silo. Unloading from the silo is carried out (as standard) by a screw conveyor, a manual gate valve is installed on the unloading neck.
