The METEM-500 foam concrete mixer is designed to prepare foam concrete mixture with a density of 200 to 2000 kg/m3. According to the operating mode, it is a cyclic device, i.e. the material is loaded in portions (mixtures), the finished mix is ​​unloaded and the cycle is repeated. According to the principle of forced mixing, the mixer drum remains stationary, and the cavitation blades or double spiral rotate, as desired. The METEM-500 is equipped with wheels and is mobile, so it can be used at the construction site or in close proximity to it. The finished foam concrete mixture is fed using a compressor through the discharge pipe located at the bottom of the mixer. Feeding can be carried out to a height of up to 5 m and horizontally up to 30 m. It is equipped with a remote bearing unit, which increases the service life before replacing the bearings. The kit includes a loading funnel with an alligator-type device for tearing bags. To produce foam concrete you will also need: a foam generator, a compressor, molds and a feed hose.
